What is it with weight? It’s literally everywhere.
I don’t understand. Surely our objective should be to be healthy. If you’re healthy - meaning you don’t binge on unhealthy foods, you don’t starve yourself or make yourself throw up and you exercise regularly - then your body will obviously be a healthy weight and a healthy shape. Some people can do all those things, be completely healthy and still be a size 6. They just have a small frame and a high metabolism. Others yet can exercise lots and eat really well, and simply be a natural size 14. That doesn’t make them unattractive.
I firmly believe that if you’re healthy, you will look your best. Because it means that whatever weight or shape you are, it’s the natural state your body should be in. It’s the curves that make your movements sexy. You don’t want to be bony because that’s just not the way true beauty is perceived.
This image isn’t sexy. It just isn’t. It looks unhealthy, unnatural. You could break her like a twig, because she is merely a misshapen echo of her true beauty. You can see her can’t you? You can see the way she could be, sitting on her bed looking gorgeous, with a full figure you long to hold. She looks at a picture of Marilyn Monroe, the gorgeous woman whose beauty she is trying to reflect, not realising that it’s in her kitchen.
Be healthy. Be happy. And be content with who you’re faced with in the mirror, because this is you at your very best, with life bursting from your body, a cage no more.
We can agree with so much of this, it isn’t about what you weigh or your jean size. It’s that you’re healthy and happy.
